Our beloved Parish has been navigating financial challenges for several years, and your generous contribution makes a meaningful difference, enabling us to continue our mission of spreading the Gospel to every corner of the world.
Despite our financial challenges, we have remained steadfast in serving those in need, especially during harsh weather conditions. One of our key initiatives is transforming Quaremba Hall into a winter shelter for the homeless, where we provide food, clothing, and a warm place of refuge.
St. Monica Parish operates three beautiful churches in Atlantic City.
Our Lady Star of the Sea, Saint Michael and Saint Nicholas of Tollentine, all of which require high maintenance costs to provide locals and visitors with a Catholic Faith destination on the Jersey Shore.
Our parish proudly supports Our Lady Star of the Sea School, the only Catholic School on Absecon Island. Together, we nurture faith, education, and community, ensuring a bright future for our children as they grow in knowledge and the love of Christ.
For several years, we have experienced a significant decline in contributions from our parishioners and visitors, forcing us to implement austerity measures. Despite these efforts, the deficit persists. Your support is crucial in helping us continue to bring Christ to the Atlantic City community and its surrounding areas.
